Hum Fourier runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts to create, nothing to log in to, and no scores kept anywhere.

what we don't collect

No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no cookies, no fingerprinting. Your lines, the sounds they make, and anything you save are all generated locally and are never uploaded.

the microphone

Hum Fourier listens through your microphone only while you hold the hum button on. The audio is analysed on your device for pitch and tone and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

what a share link contains

When you choose to share, the link holds only the recipe: which page, which day, and the order and colors of the cells you filled — so it can replay your coloring for whoever opens it. It contains nothing about you.

the one thing our host sees

Like every website, the server that delivers these pages (Netlify) keeps ordinary access logs — the time a page was requested and the network address it was requested from. We use its aggregate, cookie-free page counts to know whether anyone is here. That's the whole of it.

Hum Fourier is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone.
